Peanut Butter Banana Chia Oat Bar

Ingredients

1 cups oatmeal

½ cup ground flaxmeal

¼ cup chia seeds

¼ cup brown sugar, packed

¾ tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla

2 Tbs oil

1/2 cup applesauce

1 egg, beaten

1 medium banana, mashed

½ cup dried cranberries or other dried fruit

½ cup peanut butter

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Mix dry ingredients, oatmeal through cinnamon together.  In a separate bowl, mix vanilla through banana together.  Heat peanut butter for 30 seconds in microwave, until pourable.  Mix all ingredients together.  Bake in a 9×9 pan for 20 minutes.
