Preheat the oven to 325 degrees and line a sheet pan with parchment paper or a silicone baking sheet. Mix all ingredients except raisins in a large bowl until everything is coated with the oil, honey and curry spice. Bake in the oven for 5-7 minutes, stirring once half way through. Remove from oven and stir in the raisins. Allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
