Chipotle-Orange & Peanut Chicken Marinade

Ingredients
2 tablespoons peanut flour
1 ½ tablespoons orange juice
1 teaspoon chipotle peppers, canned (use more according to desired heat)
½ lemon, squeezed
Directions
In a small bowl, stir peanut flour and orange juice to form a thin paste. Stir in remaining ingredients. Use as a marinade.
