Chocolate Peanut Butter Graham Cracker Sandwiches

Ingredients

4 sheets of graham crackers

¼ cup chocolate peanut butter*

Directions

Spread 2 tablespoons chocolate peanut butter over each large sheet and then top with the other. If easier to handle, feel free to break the sheet into squares or rectangles.

Note:

*Chocolate peanut butter is available in most supermarkets and online. However, you can also make your own! Mix together ½ cup peanut butter with 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon (or more to your taste) honey and a pinch of salt.
