Green Monster Smoothie Bowl

1 - Serving Size: smoothie



¾ cup 1% milk (or unsweetened vanilla oat milk)

1 cup fresh spinach leaves (packed)

¾ cup frozen peaches

½ frozen banana

1 Tbsp peanut butter


1/3 cup fresh raspberries

2 Tbsp peanut butter


1 Tbsp chopped peanuts (roasted and salted)

½ Tbsp chia seeds

Add all ingredients to a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into a bowl and add your favorite toppings

Tip: If need be, puree milk and spinach together first before adding remaining ingredients to completely blend spinach.
