Peanut Butter Coconut Berry Bowl
2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
1 teaspoon honey
½ cup cooked farro cooked in coconut milk (or other grain such as quinoa or brown rice)
1 banana, sliced
¼ cup blueberries
1 tablespoon shredded, unsweetened coconut
sprinkle of cinnamon
To make sauce, whisk together peanut butter and honey in a small bowl, and heat in microwave for 15 seconds. Place cooked farro in medium bowl, and add banana slices and blueberries. Sprinkle coconut and pour sauce on top. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
