Peanut Butter Bacon Sliders

By: Honestly Dad
Ingredients
2 pounds ground beef
¼ cup soy sauce
½ cup creamy peanut butter, divided
Pepper to taste
6 tablespoons butter, softened
12 slider buns
12 slices of pepper Jack cheese
2 medium tomatoes, sliced
12 slices cooked bacon
Dill pickle chips
Frozen onion rings, baked
1 onion, sliced
Directions
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Mix together the ground beef, soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of the peanut butter and a pinch of pepper. Divide the beef mixture into 12 balls and flatten each into a patty. Butter each bun and set aside.
Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 4 minutes, flipping burgers halfway through. During the last 2 minutes, place a slice of cheese on each patty and close the grill lid.
Remove burgers and cover loosely with foil. Toast buns on grill for about 1-2 minutes.
Build the slider from the bottom up by spreading 1-2 teaspoons of peanut butter on bottom bun, then layer slider, onion ring, bacon, tomato, onion, pickle and complete with top bun.
