Peanut Butter Brownie Mug Cake

Ingredients

2 tablespoons peanut butter

3 tablespoons hot cocoa mix

2 tablespoons flour

3 tablespoons low-fat milk

½ tablespoon chocolate chips

½ teaspoon melted peanut butter

Optional: chopped peanuts

Directions

  1. In a microwave safe mug, stir together 2 tablespoons peanut butter, cocoa mix, flour, milk, and chocolate chips. 
  2. Microwave for 90 seconds. Let sit for 3 minutes.
  3. In a separate small, microwave-safe bowl, heat remaining ½ tsp of peanut butter for 30 seconds or until melted. 
  4. Drizzle melted peanut butter on top of brownie mug cake and top with chopped peanuts.

NOTE: Because all microwaves are different, cooking times may vary. This recipe was tested on a microwave with 900 watts. Add additional cooking time if needed, until fully cooked.
