Peanut Butter Cup Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

1.5 cups unsweetened coconut milk

2 tablespoons peanut butter

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon cacao powder or 1 scoop vegan chocolate protein powder

1 frozen banana

1/2 cup frozen cauliflower (I steam it before freezing it - makes it easier to digest)

Toppings

1 tablespoon raw cacao nibs

1/2 tablespoon peanut butter

Directions

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a bowl and top with cacao nibs and a drizzle of peanut butter. Enjoy!
