Pumpkin Peanut Butter Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup peanut butter

3/4 cup pumpkin pie filling, or pumpkin puree

2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder, optional

2 cups milk or nondairy milk

Directions

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add more milk as desired for a thinner smoothie.

To substitute pumpkin puree: add 3/4 cup pumpkin puree instead of pie filling along with 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice and sweetener of choice, to taste.
