Simple & Spicy Lime Peanut Sauce (& Salad Dressing)

1/2 cup peanut powder

1/4 cup and 1 Tbsp water

1 tablespoon hot water or 2 tablespoons for salad dressing

1 tsp low-sodium soy sauce

1 tsp Sriracha sauce

Juice of 1 lime



Mix peanut powder and 1/4 cup and 1 Tbsp water first, then add remaining ingredients and mix together.

For salad dressing, add 1 Tbsp hot water.
