Thai Peanut Butter Grilled Burgers

Ingredients
2 pounds ground beef
½ cup peanut butter
3 tablespoons soy sauce, reduced sodium
2 teaspoons ground ginger
2 teaspoons garlic powder
½ cup green onions, chopped
Salt/pepper to taste
8 hamburger buns
Directions
- Preheat grill to high heat.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, ground ginger, and garlic powder. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- In a large bowl, add ground beef, green onions, and the peanut butter mixture. Combine until all ingredients are mixed well.
- Form into eight patties, and grill the burgers for about two to five minutes on each side, until nicely browned and desired doneness is reached.
- Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
