Thai Peanut Butter Grilled Burgers

Ingredients
2 pounds ground beef
½ cup peanut butter
3 tablespoons soy sauce, reduced sodium
2 teaspoons ground ginger
2 teaspoons garlic powder
½ cup green onions, chopped
Salt/pepper to taste
8 hamburger buns

Preheat grill to high heat. In a medium bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, ground ginger, and garlic powder. Add salt and pepper to taste. In a large bowl, add ground beef, green onions, and the peanut butter mixture. Combine until all ingredients are mixed well. Form into eight patties, and grill the burgers for about two to five minutes on each side, until nicely browned and desired doneness is reached. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
