Chocolate Peanut Butter Peppermint Fudge

Ingredients

1/2 cup organic coconut oil

1/3 cup honey or maple syrup

1/2 cup cocoa powder

1 1/2 cups peanut butter

1-1/2 peppermint extract

2 tablespoons crushed peppermint candies

Directions

Line an 8" square baking pan with parchment paper to have it prepared. Place the coconut oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Once melted, stir in the maple syrup, cacao powder, and peppermint extract. Take it off the heat and pour in the peanut butter. Whisk until well combined. Pour the peanut butter chocolate mixture into the prepared pan and sprinkle with crushed peppermint candies. Place the pan in the freezer for at least three hours to set. Carefully cut it into squares and enjoy!
