The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).
We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Changes to Privacy Policy
We may change our privacy policy at any time. If we do so, we will notify you by posting those changes on this page. This privacy policy was last modified on the date noted above.
Your Privacy Rights and Choices
a. Some states have enacted certain data protection laws that provide their residents with rights regarding a company’s use of their personal information. Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights to request that we:
- Confirm whether we are processing your personal information and provide access to such personal information and other information about our processing activities;

- Stop selling your personal information or stop processing your information for the purpose of targeted advertising, which NBP does not currently do.
b. We will consider and respond to your requests in accordance with applicable laws, including available exceptions and limitations. Exercising your privacy rights will not result in any discriminatory treatment by us, nor will you receive a lesser degree of service from us, except to the extent permissible under applicable laws.
c. If you engage and authorize an agent to make the above requests or exercise your rights on your behalf, we will verify your agent’s authorization to act on your behalf and may require more information to properly do so.

GPC is a specification designed to allow internet users to notify businesses of their privacy preferences, such as whether or not they want to have their personal information sold or shared with third parties for targeted advertising. It consists of a setting or extension in the user’s browser or mobile device and acts as a mechanism that our Website can use to honor the user’s privacy settings. If your browser or device has enabled GPC, it will override your preferences selected in the privacy settings on this Website.
